Overview

Your future area of Responsibilities:


  • Manage processing and scheduling of planned and production orders in SAP to meet quarterly revenue targets including visibility for revenue forecasting.
  • Communicate sales orders promise delivery dates and status to Field operations and monitor project milestones
  • Ensure that manufacturing capacity hours are tracked and slotted for all production weeks
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing and Shipping on all priority shipments.
  • Track orders from SAP receipt, thru production, to Shipping.
  • Validate materials availability, capacity, and other resource requirements.
  • Manage Kanban levels agreed with manufacturing
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control to facilitate seamless production operations.
  • Monitor production performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review
  • Coordinate and update status on service orders place by our field installation teams

Your Profile:


  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • 5+ years of work experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production planning, capacity management, and material requirement planning (MRP)
  • Experience with ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, JDE, Agile, others
