About the job
As an active member of the HR Development team in SEGULA Germany will act as a relay for the great topics such as:
Communication
- Facilitate and chair the quarterly German and Global HR meetings
- Ensure the involvement of all subsidiaries
- Act as line of communication between Group level and international level HR
- Facilitate monthly communication initiatives to all subsidiaries
Employer Branding:
- Support glocal initiatives
- Act as facilitator between Group and International subsidiaries
On-boarding and Attrition Management:
- Share guidance on Onboarding process and Toolboxes for all countries
- Support regular elearnings for new managers
- Support and design a new framework to engage employees particularly during their first 12 months and beyond
- Support the development of action plans for countries to reduce attrition
Training and Development:
- Support and contribute to the design and development of training material, also for ad hoc training needs requested by countries
- Manage e learning licences and platforms
- Facilitate workshops and webinars according to the needs to the subsidiary
- Support training initiatives over all occupational levels
Performance Management:
- Analyse the People Review data and participate to the identification and deployment of High Potential action plans;
- Follow and analyse training needs and participate in the development of SEGULA Academy;
- Monitor the Learning & Development plan on our digital tool
- Understand and train on the topic of performance management
- Act as support for all subsidiaries on Performance Management tool(s)
- Understand the needs of the subsidiary and analyse with the functionality of the tools
Administration:
- Support the administration of all learning platforms such as user allocation, liaising with colleagues worldwide to answer any questions they have about the platforms
- Any other task as reasonably required
Disciplinary Action Support
- Conduct and chair disciplinary sanctions and hearings
- Draft and implement a disciplinary code
- Facilitate grievances and employee relations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial or Organisational Psychology
- You are a native German speaker and you are fluent in English
- At best, you are fluent in another language such as French, Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese
- Professional Experience
- 3+ Years in international organisational dynamics
- 5+ Years in medium consultancy business practices
- 5+ Year in Employee relations, labour law, business law
- Any experience in Organisational Psychology, Psychometric assessment (assessor, moderator or tester)
- You enjoy learning about cultural differences in values, behaviours and habits
- You are autonomous, selfconfident and open to continuously improve
