Your responsibilities

  • Processing incoming payments
  • Internal and external clarification of debit notes and underpayments
  • Execution of payment notices and reminders
  • Internal clarification of credit notes
  • Liaison with customers regarding open positions and payments
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and analyses

Your qualifications

  • Completed university degree in accounting or comparable vocational degree in commerce
  • 23 years of relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections in an international environment
  • Good practical proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in English required, German proficiency is an advantage
  • Dynamic, thorough, precise and with a good understanding of numbers
  • Analytical and businessoriented thought process
  • Resilient and flexible with a handson mentality
  • Well organized
