  • The Finance team of TELUS International Europe (TIE) is a fullyfledged finance division of the leading Canadian BPO provider TELUS International. The division consists of 35 professionals (located in Austria, Germany, Bulgaria, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Ireland, Bosnia and Herzegovina) with vast experience in finance, procurement, payroll and accounting. Our ERP is Workday, our financials are audited by a Big 4 auditor, we partner with 4 large international banks and operate in a global company with a footprint on 4 continents.

    Procurement Specialist (M/F/d)
- at our location in Dresden.


Your responsibilities:


  • Working with department heads to determine their product and service needs
  • Identifies and researches potential new suppliers, researching new products and services to meet the company's goals
  • Maintains relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company
  • Processing of daily requisitions (in Workday) for expenditure
  • Preparation and support of purchase orders in Workday
  • Validating the completeness of internal documents received in accordance with approved requisitions
  • Participate together with department head and business primes in vendor meetings, vendor biddings, purchase order preparations
  • Analysis of tenders
  • Support of the process related to the preparation, signing and archiving contracts with vendors in compliance with the internal policies and procedures of the company
  • Various monthly reports performed alongside experienced procurement team

Our requirements:


  • University degree in Economics and/or Finance
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (regardless of industry, BPO would be an advantage though)
  • Prior experience with ERP systems would be an advantage
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent German (B2/C1) and English skills (C1/C2)
  • Advanced skills in Excel
