How You'll Make an Impact

Further develop our Service Portfolio including LTSA (long term service agreement) offerings for our integration BESS platform and our inhouse BlueVault solutions and bringing these service offerings to market
Lead research and design (R&D) programs focused on optimizing operation & maintenance, availability, performance guarantees, predictive capabilities, and augmentation based on customer requirements and business drivers
Be responsible for following the product development process and developing the products from ideation to execution
Lead the commercialization of the project offerings and lessons learned

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Power Systems, Computer Science or a similar field
At least 5 years of experience in the energy industry with experience in R&D
Basic understanding of stationary battery storage systems, technologies, and components including batteries, transformers, controls, monitoring, digitalization or power conversion systems
Understanding of service offerings including LTSAs, reliability availability and maintainability studies (RAMS), and performance guarantees
Knowledge of condition monitoring analytics, predictive maintenance, simulation and digitaltwin technologies.
Basic knowhow about standards, regulations, grid codes, transmission & distribution, and market requirements
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English with German a plus
Motivated and ability to selforganize and prioritize complex tasks in an intercultural and global environment
