HelloFresh is currently undergoing a significant transformation of its supply chain operations and planning organization, and your leadership is integral to building a new era for our company.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a shared services model to manage the daily execution of our international supply chain.

This will involve reviewing and redesigning the transactional supply chain processes and ensuring the availability of suitably skilled outsourced teams that best fit the business needs.

To excel in this role you'll need to be a collaborative leader who thrives in changing environments.

You'll directly manage a team that is the critical support function for the operational supply chain of multiple countries including purchasing administration, invoice reconciliation, reporting, data preparation and other crucial administrative tasks.

You will liaise closely with many different stakeholders, among them i) Supply Chain Planning team; ii) Heads of Procurement and iii) Other Supply Chain actors across our international network to ensure compliance, governance and the optimisation of service packages to best support our operations.


What you'll do:


  • Build, optimize and maintain multiple service packages that support our international supply chain function to deliver cost, quality and service excellence to our customers on a daily basis
  • Identify legacy or inefficient processes to be harmonized across teams. Define, train and rollout new processes to team members and stakeholders to constantly evolve the way we work
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture that ensures our supply chain is agile and fit for the future
  • Expertly lead and manage your team across remote locations, taking responsibility for employee engagement, performance, retention and recruitment to attract talent
  • Support the transformation agenda of our wider Supply Chain and Procurement teams, embracing change and adapting to business requirements
  • Shape the long term shared services vision through the creation of a strategic roadmap and delivering against the associated strategies
  • Ensure governance practices are in place to protect our employees, the business and targeted outcomes
  • Strengthen relationships across the international supply chain by demonstrating the value of shared services. Build trust and sponsorship across the business for its expansion
  • Liaise with function leaders, presenting performance and project updates, and action feedback to improve standards. Skillfully manage expectations with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager for Global Business Services, consult on process changes and organisational decision making

  • A bias to work in a fastpaced environment with strong problemsolving skills to navigate complex situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar field
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food industry and/or a shared services function
  • Interest in traveling abroad (about 2025% of the time)
