    Contract & Tender Manager DACH (d/f/m)

    For our department Commercial Developmet DACH we are looking for a Contract & Tender Manager (d/f/m) to support our team as soon as possible.

    The team is working on side in different locations, Hamburg and Mannheim. Bases for operations will be Hamburg though the team in Mannheim needs to be visited on regular bases.

    Your Role

  • Propel the team to become valued business partners within DACH, instilling trust and confidence while breaking barriers and challenging the status quo
  • Take a critical, constructive, and professional approach to current processes, identifying issues and defining a strategic plan for improvement
  • Act as a bridge-builder between Sales and Commercial Development, aligning processes and fostering a more efficient way of working
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing commitment and motivation to cultivate a can-do mentality within the team
  • Drive the development of systems through automated solutions or new introductions, ensuring readiness for future challenges
  • Demonstrate leadership confidence and capability in executing on strategic initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Contract and Tender Management function

  • Extensive experience in commercial development processes, including contracts, tenders, and rebate structures, with a proven track record in leading and building mid-size teams
  • Forward-looking and can-do mentality, coupled with the ability to drive positive change and challenge relevant stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant systems, such as SAP and MS Office, or equivalent, to enhance operational efficiency
  • Matrix organization experience, showcasing the capability to change processes through positive influence on employees
  • Strong team and culture-building skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the DACH region
