Your Role


As Controller (d/m/w) Sales & Marketing, you will be in the commercial center of LIQID and the main contact person for all financial matters in the area of sales and marketing.

You will take responsibility for your own controlling area and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact

Through your financial analyses and recommendations for action, you will contribute to process improvements and thus make a significant contribution to the continued success of LIQID.

What exactly will you do?

  • Building our

Sales Controlling:

As main sparring partner of our Sales Leadership Team, you are responsible for reviewing and optimizing our sales, service and relationship management model.

You will create sales forecasts based on lead pipelines and cohort dynamics, as well as management reports that represent e.g.

team effectiveness/efficiency, product performance and monitoring of general KPIs.

In addition, you will support our sales team in developing financially sound cross-sell and up-sell strategies for existing and potential customers.

The review and optimisation of our incentive strategy as well as the monitoring of monthly commissions will be also part of your responsibilities.


  • Expansion of our

Marketing Controlling:
Here, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing and be responsible for the development of our marketing controlling framework (e.g. evaluation of CAC/CLTV, lead pipelines). Moreover, you will be responsible for controlling our marketing budget and identifying efficiency potentials together with the marketing team.

What you bring

  • Background: You have a degree in a businessrelated field, e.g. business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics.
  • Skills and qualifications: You have at least 23 years of professional experience in a comparable position. In addition, you possess very good knowledge of MS Office. Ideally, you are experienced in Salesforce and Netsuite. You speak excellent English. Fluency in German would be a big plus
  • Mindset: You have excellent analytical skills and a high commercial interest. Furthermore, you possess good communication skills and are able to translate financial analyses into concrete actions.
