Your tasks:

• You independently develop resource planning and controlling further
• You implement escalation methods for project management and 3D production
• You are the interface between procurement, service provider and production
• You are responsible for querying and coordinating external designer availability in companywide projects
• You record the requirements of project management and production and communicate these with external service providers
• You assign projects to external service providers
• You coordinate capacity and skill needs with Procurement
• You take over the securing of the available capacities
• You support in the expansion, further development and optimization of processes

Your profile:

• You have great organizational skills & assertiveness
• You bring processoriented thinking with you & optimize processes independently
• A structured, analytical and independent way of working as well as a handson mentality characterise you
• You have a high level of personal responsibility, creativity and an innovative mindset
• You bring excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
• You have good language skills in German and English

Minimum: 25h per week
