YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main sparring partner and trusted advisor for all HR aspects for leaders and employees belonging to the global functions of the business division, when attracting, developing and retaining our employees or conducting organizational changes
  • Together with senior leaders, drive the divisional people agenda and further embed people and change initiatives such as talent management, employee engagement, performance management, culture, salary review, leadership upskilling, etc.
  • Facilitate the functional global responsibility of the leaders you are supporting, in close collaboration with the different local HR teams, including contractual, legal or payroll related topics
  • Being a relatively young organization following the merger, support building leadership maturity in the organization and lead various people and change topics and initiatives, globally for the division
  • Have a functional HR expert ownership for the topic of Talent Attraction and Employer branding for the division
  • Lead strategic HR project for the division, drive the further development of our organization and accompany organizational development and change initiatives
  • The role is reporting into the Chief People & Change Office and part of the divisional HR leadership team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or equivalent
  • Profound knowledge with 10+ years' experience in HR Business Partnering in an international business, including working across a global matrix organization
  • Proven track record developing and embedding people and change initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, culture, retention and engagement etc
  • Experience in talent attraction and employer branding
  • Willingness to work in a global, flexible team with focus on topics and not hierarchies plus selfstarter with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in working on international and interdisciplinary projects, initial experience in project management is desirable
  • Team player, who naturally builds strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders across various levels
  • Handson mentality including a cando attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
