We reinforce our NPM Solution Management team at our location in Schweinfurt for a master thesis starting as soon as possible or at the latest with the start of the winter semester 2023/24.

Detailed description:

Optimization and digitalization of the material master data processes for Non Production Material Purchasing purposes globally. Create and validate new AI concepts to optimize the creation and maintenance of material master data processes.

Your tasks:

Analysis of global material master's processes used for NPM
Identification and description of divisional and regional processes as well as identification of process optimization potentials
Identify potentials for optimizations for the use case (ZF)
Developing of concept to optimize the process as well as definition of processes for the new central purchasing platform
Identify AI opportunities and examples and use cases for AI usage
Description/documentation of processes and process requirements.
Validation of the data model and mock up from IT department incl. user acceptance test (UAT) as well as development of training concept and communication concept. (stakeholder analysis, use group definition)

Your profile:

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar field of study
Knowledge with SAP MM Modul R3 or S
Process and Purchasing knowhow
Excellent communication skills in English and German
