    Role Description

    As a Senior Design Strategist with a background in the financial services industry, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects at the intersection of design, business, and product development while advocating design values and processes. You will be involved in the entire product conception, ensuring projects meet the standards of quality, punctuality, and efficiency. Your expertise in process establishment and improvement will be essential in delivering innovative and impactful design solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project estimation, planning, and briefing with advanced prioritization and efficiency skills, ensuring final project delivery on time, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Introduce, educate, and establish new design processes for project and team setup. Continuously improve processes through overall process enhancement.
  • Create value streams and understand their impact on business decision-making.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and demonstrate advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and technical requirements.
  • Provide strategic leadership in workshops and support workshop preparation, execution, and documentation.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment.

    Requirements

    Education: Educational background in Design, Business, Finance, or a related field.

    Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in design strategy, consulting, project management within the financial services industry.

    Skills:

  • Proven expertise in project estimation, planning, and briefing.
  • Strong prioritization and efficiency management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of business and technical requirements within the financial services sector.
  • Experience in process creation, establishment, and continual improvement.
  • Advanced professional level in English, German is a plus.
