Join Linearity as the Head of Organic Acquisition and grow the future of motion and graphic design with us.

You'll be running and building our organic acquisition team consisting of website team, copywriters, social media and community managers.

You will be responsible for constantly improving and growing our web user acquisition through strategic content production, SEO and optimizations, and amplifying it across social platforms.

Life as a Head of Organic Content:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive organic content marketing strategy aligned with Linearity Curve, Move and b2b business objectives and target audience.
  • Drive and oversee the scaling of our organic growth, taking ownership of all webrelated aspects, including improving website UX, growing conversions, planning content, optimizing and scaling the SEO strategy.
  • Be responsible for growing multiple web directions including: product landing pages, acquisitionoriented pages, templates hub, education as well as many other.
  • Be in charge for managing external developers, design agencies, internal team and overall organic acquisition budgets.
  • Conduct AB tests for conversion improvements and experimenting with tapping into new on user and target groups to scale acquisition even further.
  • Oversee copy and design creation, ensuring it aligns with Linearity brand voice, style, and design standards while optimizing acquisition growth.
  • Lead a team of copywriters, social media and community, providing guidance, feedback, and strategic direction to enhance content quality, performance & KPI growth.
  • Work closely with our paid acquisition team to provide them with converting landing pages for user acquisition.
  • Your primary KPI will be ensuring new user growth from web.
  • Act as a handson project manager, supervising content production, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of highquality content for constant KPI growth.
  • Analyze conversion metrics, evaluate the performance of content and web, make datadriven recommendations to scale, grow & optimize strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Product and Sales, to ensure content aligns with product updates and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5+ years of content or organic acquisition experience in a SaaS and B2B environment. 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to test, measure, and interpret data for content performance, web proficiency and SEO.
  • Great understanding of UX and web acquisition best practices
  • Willingness to experiment and think quick on your feet.
  • A constant focus on exploring strategies to engage new audiences & tapping into unexplored territories to develop new market opportunities.
  • Ability to identify target audience preferences and develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization of different content formats, including video, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Exceptional skills in project management.
  • Experience in A/B testing and datadriven decisionmaking for content optimization.
  • Proficiency in utilizing content management systems (CMS) and other relevant marketing tools. Experience with Storyblok is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire a team.
