You will be the Global Lead for all major Distribution Finance topics to support current business and future strategies in an effective financial manner and in accordance with Infineon's legal and accounting requirements.

You will ensure that there are adequate controls in place to minimize the risks for Infineon whilst working to maximise the business in line with Infineons objectives.

You will operate as Business Consultant to the Distribution Organisation and ensure globally consistent Distribution processes.

In your new role you will:

Be the Global Finance Business Partner to Distribution Management , with cost reporting and financial modelling for global projects and initiatives

Provide analysis of Distribution KPIs (e.g. margins, inventory levels, S&D, Phantom) to management

Ensure consistency and
conformity to latest IFRS accounting standards of all distribution revenue accounting worldwide

Share best practice ,
ensuring a consistent approach is adopted across all regions for all distribution processes with a focus on continuous improvements across all Distribution topics, and an emphasis on safeguarding of assets

Be the interface to the Divisions for all Distribution Finance related matters , and deliver consistent and accurate forecasts for Distribution topics

Coordinate and liaise with colleagues in Legal, Tax and Compliance and provide advice on global as well as local issues relating to contracts and other formal agreements, VAT matters, and compliance issues, specific to the distribution channel.

Be the main contact for external partners and customers in all Distribution Finance related matters, including external audits

You act with initiative and overcome challenging or new situations through creative solutions, and you are able to find appropriate ways to reach your targets.

You inspire others and encourage your team and colleagues towards a common goal, of course you help others to succeed.

Furthermore, you know your relevant markets and align the strategy of your team accordingly. You focus on solutions, by staying open and flexible even when under pressure. Last but not least, you demonstrate excellent communication skills, and you know how to establish sustainable relationships and networks.

Beyond, you are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

A degree in
Business Administration or other Finance related studies
About
10 years experience within a Finance or Distribution environment:
Excellent knowledge of
IFRS revenue reporting requirements:
Detailed
knowledge of the global distribution channel:
The ability to
work with Senior Managers at the highest level and gain their confidence
High
analytical and complex problemsolving skills:
Excellent English and fluent German skills
