Public Procurement / Tender Acquisition and Documentation Specialist

As we continue to expand our horizons, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Tender Acquisition Specialist with a focus on national and EU tender acquisition and document preparation.

Position Overview:

As a Tender Acquisition Specialist you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing lucrative projects through public tenders.

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and tracking relevant tenders, developing compelling proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification and Research

Monitor various platforms and sources to identify relevant public tenders in the online marketing industry.
Conduct indepth research to understand the requirements and expectations outlined in tender documents.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential information for tender responses.
Create compelling and tailored proposals that showcase our capabilities and address the specific needs outlined in tender documents.
Ensure all proposals are submitted within specified deadlines and comply with tender requirements.

Document Preparation:

Draft, edit, and review various documents, including project plans, case studies, and presentations, to support tender submissions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to align tender responses with overall business strategies.
Engage with clients and partners to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in tender acquisition.
Strong understanding of public procurement processes and tender documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
