Are you a passionate and experienced Technical Product Owner with a deep interest in leading the evolution of technology-driven solutions? At _BurdaForward_, we're excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for you to step into the role of a Senior Technical Product Owner for our modular Multibrand Publishing Framework.

In this pivotal position, you'll have the chance to guide the development of a cutting-edge Multibrand Publishing Framework, making impactful decisions that steer its technical direction.

This is your opportunity to work in one of the most strategic projects in the company - a project that not only drives change and innovation across our organization but also shapes how content is managed and published across diverse brands.

Drive the development and enhancement of our corporate opensource multibrand publishing framework, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technological advancements and industry best practices
Collaborate with a crossfunctional team of over 20 developers, product owners, quality engineers, and UX designers to meet business and technical objectives
Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for the framework, making informed decisions to guide its evolution and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy
Act as a bridge between the technical team the product owners and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for the framework's technical development, working closely with the product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements
Champion agile methodologies and practices within the team, promoting a collaborative and iterative approach to development
Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing challenges that may arise during the development process
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team and continuously improving the framework's capabilities

What we would expect from you
:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, with a background in software development and architecture
Handson experience with the development and maintenance of complex software products
Solid understanding of agile methodologies, with a track record of successful collaboration with crossfunctional teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and vice versa
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to influence and guide a diverse team towards a common goal
Familiarity with modern development tools and project management software
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
Excellent communication skills in German and English
