Working Student - Service Operations (f/m/d) and help us digitalize the future.

In your role, you will support the global Project Management Office 2 Team within COMOS Industry Solutions in the successful execution of service orders

Your responsibilities will include:

Elaboration of service offers (Statements of Work) and price information in cooperation with Sales and Delivery Service
Elaboration of project costing and project calculation in cooperation with Business Administration
Maintenance of contract documents
Processing of incoming orders in our Professional Service Automation system
Creation of projects in our Professional Service Automation system
Processing customer orders: supporting the entire project process from the creation of the service contracts, through support of the project managers during the delivery phase, to project completion
Triggering billing and revenue recognition of the projects
Maintenance of project master data, verification, and quality control
Crossdepartmental coordination and communication with Sales, Sales Support, Business Administration, Finance, Legal, Services, etc.
Support in the standardization and harmonization of internal processes
Other administrative tasks

How do you become part of our team? With a lot of drive and passion**- You are enrolled at a German University

Your field of study can be found in the economic area e.g. economics, business administration
SAP and/or SFDC Financial Force knowledge is a plus
Analysis of policy, workflows, process and system tools and transactions to facilitate timely and accurate transactions that comply with prevailing policy and process guidelines
Processing of Statements of Work and/or proposal activities in adherence with prescribed policy and processes.
Very good communication skills in German and English are a prerequisite
