- Coordinate, supervise, report and document administration of construction works
- Control of material deliveries, quality, quantities, acceptance, handover to subcontractors
- Supervise, manage and coordinate subcontractors, authorities, and engineers on site
- Monitor and control of deadlines, costs, quality aspects of the construction work
- Identify construction risks and develop method statements as well as other HSE functions
- Site based quality compliance, acceptance tests and punch listing of subcontractor work
- Subcontractors' variation, change and claim management
- Review design drawings and creating "Mark-ups" and "As-builts
- Degree in engineering, ideally in electrical engineering, alternatively vocational training with further education in engineering
- A hands-on approach and autonomous work are second nature, and you are willing to learn from experienced colleagues
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages would be considered an advantage
- Negotiation skills, confident demeanour, independent and systematic way of working
- You are willing to undertake long business trips in Germany and possibly abroad, and enjoy working on construction sites
