Your role and your team:
Reporting to the Head of Program/Product Quality in the division of Corporate Quality & Aviation Safety, you will support him and his team in diverse corporate-level projects in the company, focusing on the Processes, Methods, and Tools at the corporate level.
Your Day to Day:
- Support the team to Liaise with different business functions of the company to integrate required business processes into the Lilium Quality Process.
- Support the team in daytoday communication, meetings, and workshops in managing and facilitation activities.
- Learn about the way how an innovative aerospace company operates and is organised.
- Learn about the challenges of building up an aerospace company.
- Experience firsthand in improving business processes, methods, and tools.
- Experience working in a truly multicultural working environment with more than 80 nationalities.
Your Profile:
- University matriculated students (master's degree) in engineering, business management, or natural sciences.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement processes, methods, tools (e.g. Lean, Design and Systems thinking).
- Have a proactive, pragmatic, and analytical mindset, as well as strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Student consulting experience advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent German would be advantageous.
