**What you will do**:

- Team leadership of our product development team
- Independent project management and technical support of our product from planning to conception to implementation
- Preparation & execution of sprints, plannings, storywriting and product reviews
- Strategic further development of the project area of our company
- Supporting our customers in the implementation of our software )

**Requirements**:

- You constantly keep an eye on priorities, milestones and deadlines and still remain results-oriented
- You communicate confidently, convincingly and in a recipient-oriented manner at all organizational levels
- Degree in a business or technical field, or training with a relevant qualification
- Experience with leading Scrum teams, CCPM and SaaS knowledge
- You add value to our company with your team spirit, creativity and open mindset
- Fluent business English, German is a plus ‍ ‍

**Das wirst Du tun**:

- Teamleitung unseres Produktentwicklungsteams
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung und technische Begleitung unseres Produktes von der Planung über die Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
- Vorbereitung & Durchführung von Sprints, Plannings, Storywriting und Product Reviews
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Projektbereichs unseres Unternehmens
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung unserer Software )

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Berufserfahrung als Product Owner / Projektmanager von fachlich / technisch komplexen Softwareanwendungen
- Prioritäten, Meilensteine und Termine hast du ständig im Blick und bleibst dabei ergebnisorientiert
- Du kommunizierst sicher, überzeugend und empfängerorientiert auf allen Organisationsebenen
- Studienabschluss in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen bzw. technischen Bereich oder eine Ausbildung mit entsprechender Qualifikation
- Erfahrungen mit der Anleitung von Scrumteams, CCPM und SaaS-Kenntnisse
- Durch deinen Teamgeist, deine Kreativität und deine offene Denkweise bereicherst du unser Unternehmen
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, Deutsch ist ein starkes Plus
