To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart, we are currently looking to recruit a

Research Scientist (f/m/d) Oncology

Your Responsibilities:

Direct research experiments to develop and assess novel mRNAbased therapeutic approaches in the field of cancer immunotherapy — from proofofconcept to clinical phase
Plan, execute, interpret and document experiments to develop and assess these approaches
Devise and evaluate research strategies with a strong focus on intellectual property protection
Prepare and present research results at internal and external scientific meetings
Coordinate and successfully complete collaborations with academic, industrial and funding partners
Support crossfunctional projects within interdisciplinary teams

Your Qualification:

PhD in pharmaceuticals, immunology, biotechnology or equivalent degree
Strong research background in immunology, preferably with a focus on cancer immunotherapy
Practical knowledge in working with invivo tumor models
Good skills with multicolor flow cytometry and similar immunological methods
Research experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry or as an academic postdoctoral fellow is beneficial
Excellent team spirit, communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English, German skills are a plus
