Job Description:

Your mission during this flight:

You will implement new features / plugins and projects (e.g. BigPicture Project Management tool, PNO Help Desk extension, implementation of Finance Help Desk, Quality "Big Ideas" Implementation, etc.).
You will configure, administrate and maintain collaboration suite tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence).
You will modify Server XMLs for system performance optimisations (speed, response time, data base connection evaluation, etc).
You will be responsible for system approval after updates and disaster recoveries.
You will perform App, server restarts, contentcheck, etc.

Qualifications:

Check in your professional skills:

Bachelor' of Engineering (Information & Technology) or similar
6+ years of experience in the IT service industry
Very good knowledge of Azure IT infrastructure
Experience with Postgres SQL database
Independent way of working
Business fluent English and German skills
High customer orientation and dedication to meet their expectations and requirements
