YOUR NEW ROLE

As Data Protection Audit Specialist in the dynamic Data Protection Audit & Cross-Collaboration team, you will act as main driver for data protection compliance and trusted advisor for business specific data protection topics.


In this role your primary tasks will include:

  • Creation and administration of a Data Protection & Privacy governance model in close collaboration with your business counterparts
  • Creation of awareness for Data Protection & Privacy requirements
  • Consulting and assessment of complex Data Protection & Privacy matters
  • Execution of internal DPMS Compliance Audits as well as audits with SAP legal entities
  • Support the design, modelling, documentation and rollout of Data Protection & Privacy Controls and underlying processes
  • Support of data protection projects in cooperation with other teams
  • Build and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders, building common ground for cooperation

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, business law, informatics or adjacent disciplines (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Deep understanding of mangement systems, international industry standards and controls
  • Data protection experience / knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis for complex problems incl. audit skills
  • Motivation to work both as an individual and collaboratively in virtual teams
  • Project management skills or technical expertise in IT security and data protection compliance
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • German language and/or other language skills are a plus
