In response to the increasingly growing business demands, the3rd GmbH is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join us as a full-time Team Assistant.
Team Assistant will support us with administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth teamwork.
The perfect match is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication and multitasking skills, and has competencies for working in a start-up environment.
Administrative support:
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
- Calander and schedule management
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, preparing materials and arranging the full setup
- Collaborate with team members to compile reports, presentations, and other documents
Project Support:
- Support in tracking project management activities, including monitoring timelines, tracking progress, and updating activities status
- Help in preparing projectrelated presentations, reports, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, celebrations
- Manage incoming and outcoming mail and shipments
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an administrative/team assistant in a marketing/branding agency or startup environment
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- A positive attitude towards paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Fluency in both German and English is a must
