TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently prepare quotations for our customers by analyzing feasibility of freight with the available tools and in cooperation with the internal departments
  • Regular followup of potential offers with the customer and internally
  • Maximize the success ratio for the given offers in analyzing the given data on regular base
  • Stay in close contact with the customers in order to receive maximum market information
  • Cooperate closely with the local Sales Force and the applicable departments to exchange information in order to maximize the results.
  • Keeping up the professional knowledge of all products by regular training

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on logistics or any other relevant field
  • First work experience is considered as an advantage
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office
