Your Role

As Global Senior Expert - Operational Excellence & Engineering - TN&H (Taste, Nutrition & Health) at Symrise you're responsible for the development and implementation of the Operational Excellence System together with the operation teams.

In addition you will act and be recognized as TN&H global expert in specific technologies and support the organization in various aspects where those technologies are required.

This position can be located in Holzminden, Sao Paulo, Teterboro or Singapur.

You conduct systematic loss analysis and support the creation of standardised and robust processes in relation to both our value stream process and our leadership and support processes.
You train and coach in terms of methodology and teamwork as well as support and promote the transformation process of TN&H.
You coordinate and manage projects to optimise procedures and process flows both in the operative areas as well as in the supporting departments.
You actively participate and lead the consolidation of TN&H's multi year Industrial Roadmap supporting the business plan.
You're responsible for the coordination of internal and external service providers such as consultants, suppliers or externally commissioned investigations.

About You

You have at least 8 years of relevant working experience in Chemical Engineering or a comparable field of activity.
You gained extensive knowledge in project leadership and management for complex, international projects.
You're willing to travel globally to our global plants to get an understanding of their needs and give guidance.
You're a strong communicator, can ask critical questions and keep an open mind when talking to several different stakeholders.
You are a fluent business english speaker and ideally have good command of another major language.
Ideally you already gained experience working in the Food & Beverage Industry or another relevant industry.
