Your mission:

Location:

This role has a high degree of built-in decision-making and accountability.

You'll get a chance to shape the company's direction, paving the way for the largest AI-powered Drug Assets Manager. We are looking for team players who "dare to care"

Your Responsibilities:

Evaluate and recommend financing options, including debt issuance, equity offerings, and mergers and acquisitions
Lead fundraising activities, including equity, debt, and grant financing. Maintain relationships with financial partners, lenders, and investors.
Conduct Market analysis and support the company to be IPO listingready
Assist in the transition from a private company to a publicly traded one, including all related activities
Collaborate with the company's management to formulate an IPO strategy, including the timing, structure, and size of the offering
Lead fundraising efforts such as business planning, teasers, pitch books, and building strong relationships with financial stakeholders such as banks and regulatory authorities.
Maintain a pipeline of all ongoing leads, investors and works in process

Your profile:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree preferably in finance or business or a related field
9+ years of relevant experience, (life sciences industry experience would be a plus)
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial risk management, and investment analysis
Experience with M&As, capital market transactions, financial strategy development and funds
Indepth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and DDs for IPO (experience with bringing private companies to IPO would be ideal)
Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Germany and internationally.
Proficiency in financial software, financial modelling, and MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
English is mandatory, German would be a plus.
