Your Role and Responsibilities
As a data scientist's at Kyndryl you will combine computer science, statistics and mathematics.

You will analyze, process, and model data, then interpret the results to create actionable plans for companies and other organizations.

Data scientists solve business problems through data-based solutions. Building on a strong foundation of mathematics and statistics, you can combine domain expertise, consulting, methodology, and software engineering.

This unique combination allows data scientists to understand business processes; collect, explore, and prepare data; formulate hypotheses; develop, test, and deploy models; and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Lead the Data Science and Analytics and CIO Team in the context of the Kyndryl S4 Transformation Program.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading complex transformation programs
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Accounting and Finance, Asset Management, Procurement and Quote to Cash business processes

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Demonstrated communication skills working with multinational teams and end users
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Exposure to SAP MM, SD modules
Demonstrated experience in creative and proactive thinking, and flexibility /adaptability
