Your tasks

For our locaton in Regensburg for the area Architecture and Networking with focus on Cyber Security in the vehicle, we are looking for a working student (M/F/diverse) to start as soon as possible for approximately hours/week for a period of 6 months.

Your tasks include:

Research on current attack vectors in the automotive area
Support performing of a Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) according to ISO 2143
Support the generation of training material for the Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment
Insights into handling of real life attack scenarios
Support the generation of training material for the data protection / GDPR compliance

Profile:

Student (M/F/divers) in the field of informatics, electronical engeneering, business informatics or a comparable field of study
Knowledge of security and privacy standards, methods, and approaches (ISO/ SAE 21434; UNECE WP 29, GDPR)
Experience with data protection (privacy regulation) and knowledge in technical risk analyses (e.g. threat analysis and risk assessment / TARA, STRIDE) is beneficial
Good understanding of automotive embedded system architecture and requirements engineering is desired
Fluent English language skills, written and spoken
Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and good problemsolving skills
