Your Impact:
- Serving as the primary contact for our employees & management teams, you are the linchpin for all HR processes & safeguard the employee experience
- Acting as sparring partner for the organization, you contribute significantly to the development & optimization of our HR processes
- Driving efficiency by toggling between both operational & administrative tasks, ranging from recruitment to contract and certificate creation & data maintenance
- By leading significant HR projects, you help shape the future of our Freudenberg Sealing Technologies
- Working in close cooperation with our Payroll Partner, you can ensure smooth monthly payroll administration
- Ensuring data informed decisions are made through the review of key analytics & development of various reports
Qualifications:
- Completed studies with a focus on HR or commercial HR training
- Experience: Solid knowledge & professional experience in general HR work
Emotional Intelligence:
A high degree of empathy, advisory approach, & solution-oriented
Systems Agility:
SAP HR and ideally Workday experience Language: Professional-level German & English
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
