What you'll do

Support preparing and executing of Change Management and Communication deliverables (Prepare, Manage and Reinforce the changes)
Preparation, execution and documentation of project calls, meetings, workshops, events, etc.
Research, evaluation, consolidation and presentation of data, information, and results
Support in designing and conducting virtual Change Management sessions and workshops
Ongoing contribution to our best practices, methods, toolsets and templates
Contributing and developing your knowledge, ideas, and skills

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Marketing, Communications
General understanding of Change Management Methodology and practices
Computer skills:_
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Macro / VBA programming is a plus
Webrelated / social media experience is a plus
Language skills:_
Fluency in business English is required verbal and written
German language skills are a plus.
Soft skills:_
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Structured approach to delivering professional results
Good communication skills
Proactive, selfdriven and highly motivated team player with an open and flexible personality
Able to work in international, dynamic, virtual teams
Prior work experience in the area of GFA and/or project management is a plus but not a prerequisite.

The GFA COO Strategy & Transformation team enables and supports the Finance Functions of GFA to successfully execute the GFA Digital Finance Transformation Program (DFT).

The GFA CMC team works on making the transformational success through effective program communication and change management. The team has a great results driven culture offering a trust-based working model.
