The Service Specialist-Materials Management supports the daily spare parts operations from a strategic and operational point of view. This includes both EMEA and APAC markets as well as partial support for the China-Team. In addition, the development and tracking of certain metrics is a key part of this role._

Responsibilities_

- _Managing data reports of daily spare parts shipments to EMEA and APAC region_
- _Engage with the order fulfillment and warehouse team to ensure on-time shipments_
- _Monitoring of order lines and development of corrective actions_
- _Focal for Sourcing and Field Service teams on delivery schedules_
- _Project support for global spare parts improvement projects_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum qualifications_

- _Ideally Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations or equivalent_
- _Experience in material management_
- _Advanced English skills_
- _Advanced Excel skills_
- _Experience in working with ERP/MRP tools_
- _German Language Proficiency

B2/C1_
