and is today a leading freight forwarder in the field of turnkey projects, heavy lift and special transports on both a national and an international level.

The deugro group specializes in several independently operating service areas to ensure the successful handling of the operative business for the deugro group.

All supporting functions such as Controlling, Finance, Human Resources, Business Processes and IT, Consolidation, Marketing, and QHSES are consolidated in one entity.

Become a part of our Business Processes and IT team at Hanau, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Business Application Sepcialist - CargoWise.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Works closely with sales team, Project Management, and PMO organization throughout the project and responds to RFPs/RFQs
Close Cooperation with business and clients to define and document client requirements

Implements and supports Transport Management Solutions (TMS) and SCM solutions for clients

Builds and maintains relationships with the business organization and clients to understand and anticipate customer needs for specific projects
Provides regularly scheduled project updates to managers and clients as well as implementation support for global projects
Performs functional testing (UAT) and create training material and trains key users and users
Coordinates between the business and development organizations at the project level
Provides input and support to the development group around changes to the solution

What you can contribute:

Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education
Several years of professional experience in implementing and supporting transport management systems and/or supply chain management solutions
Good experience in data modeling and data mapping (EDI mapping)
Experience and understanding of the usage of CargoWise
CCP would be a nice to have
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Willingness to travel and excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
