Frontend Angular Tech Lead (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Angular developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship highquality solutions.
• Write highquality, maintainable and modular code and cover it with the unit and e2e tests.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contribute to technical discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Vocational training in a Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in the tech Industry
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Angular Developer
• Indepth knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, Angular Material, RxJS and NgRx
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JS/TS
• Experience with writing unittests and e2etests
• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Github actions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in English and German
• Ability to make highlevel design choices and guide the team in implementing them
• Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of backend technologies , Express, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Firebase
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Aufgaben:

• Du leitest ein Team von Angular-Entwicklern und bietest Anleitungen, Mentoring und Support an.
• Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um hochwertige Lösungen zu definieren, zu entwerfen und zu liefern.
• Du entwirfst und entwickelst robuste, skalierbare und wartbare Angular-Anwendungen.
• Du schreibst hochwertigen, wartbaren und modularen Code und deckst ihn mit den Unit

- und E2E-Tests ab.

• Du führst Codeüberprüfungen durch, setzt Codierungsstandards durch und stellst die Codequalität sicher.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen, um die Projektanforderungen zu verstehen und sie in technische Spezifikationen umzusetzen.
• Du behebst, debuggst und optimierst Code, um optimale Leistung und Benutzererfahrung sicherzustellen.
• Du förderst eine Kultur des kontinuierlichen Lernens, der Innovation und der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
