A working day as Lead of Digital Training Applications & Specialist Trainer Generator Assembly & Service (f/m/d) is characterized by diverse and above all varied topics.

The core of the tasks is focused on leading the development of eLearning programs and digital training products based on VR/AR technologies, among others, as well as development and support of training modules for generators.

How You'll Make an Impact

Leading the development of eLearning programs and digital training products, including those based on VR/AR technologies, as well as the development and support of training modules for Generator training.
Education and training including certifications of Field Service Generator assembly staff
Customer training in the field of maintenance and service for generators
Hands-On Training at the generators in the Training Center
Creation, management and further development of training documentation
Onsite or remote implementation of internal and external training modules

What You Bring

Expert knowledge in the field of large generators and knowledge in the field of industrial generators
Assembly & Service Experience with the Siemens Energy Generators Portfolio.
Ideally, many years of relevant professional experience at power plants. Confident handling of Microsoft Office products
Good knowledge of English & German
Independent and flexible way of working, communicative and team player as well as intercultural competence and willingness to travel
Experiences of leading interdisciplinary teams
Affinity for digital media
Readiness to travel: 5060% of the working time will be in the German Training Center
