Job summary
The role of the Maintenance Coordinator is to optimize expenditures and technician productivity through best practice planning methods that support best practice scheduling and ensure safe reliable plant operation.The Coordinator works jointly with Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Planner to organize repairs which are production critical equipment in Battery Pack/ Drive Unit
- Facilitate training to manage and maintain Establish new Maintenance processes with emphasis on safety quality and productivity within BP/ DU Maintenance.
- Facilitate New hire onboarding and training tasks Work with the Maintenance Supervisor coordinating schedules with their group.
