Job summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to support and manage introductions of new manufacturing equipment and processes as well as continuous improvement of existing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Driving implementation of parallel new projects, production lines and product changes. This role requires working closely with Design Engineering, NPI, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering,
external Line builders, and other departments to take battery and drive unit design changes from initial concept through prototype development
and into full production,
and to transform and adapt existing manufacturing equipment to changing requirements and conditions.
