YOUR MISSION:

As a
Rechtsreferendar:
in (f/m/d*) at Parloa GmbH, your mission is to provide comprehensive legal support to our in-house legal counsel. You will assist in legal research, contract review, and drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Conduct legal research and provide opinions to support decisionmaking.
Assist in contract review and drafting of legal documents.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance on various business matters.
Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Stay updated on relevant legal developments and provide timely advice.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Completed law degree and current enrollment in the German legal traineeship program (Rechtsreferendariat).
Proficiency in German language (fluent or advanced level).
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and general legal principles.

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with legal document management systems.
Prior legal internship or similar experience.
