    WAS DICH ERWARTET

  • Unterstützung des Teams in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten sowie Funktion als organisatorische & kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Product Research & Sourcing neuer Lieferanten sowie Prozess- und Kostenoptimierung in der Zusammenarbeit mit diesen
  • Steuerung der Dienstleister innerhalb der Verkaufshäuser und durch Messebesuche sowie Abwicklung von Lounge Bestellungen für Verkaufshäuser
  • Planung von Lounges, Erstellung von Angebotsanfragen, Angebotsprüfung und Beauftragungsweiterleitung an das Baucontrolling
  • Erstellung von Übersichten zur Auftragsnachverfolgung, zur Budgetkontrolle und Rechnungsprüfung sowie Informationsweitergabe an den jeweiligen Hausansprechpartner
  • Reisebuchung & Briefingerstellung für den Fotografen sowie Erstellung & Bestellung des internen Fotobuches
  • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Toolbooks und der Masterliste inklusive Konkurrenzierung der Produkte, Musterbestellungen & Test der Musterware

    • WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit gestalterischen Grundkenntnissen
  • 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, CAD (. Nemetschek) und in den Adobe Programmen Acrobat & Indesign
  • Eigenständige, zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft
