Description

• Support management of related program documentation and processes (e.g. SOP's, guidelines)
• Coordinate program outofcycle and annual documented information reviews
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and follow up on related actions
• Support the Global EHS Program management in achieving program KPI's and delivery of customer engagement initiatives
• Continued development and management of a Global Corp EHS Program

• Excellent written and oral communicator, with good technical writing ability
• Have strong administration and coordination skills
• Technologically adept, and able to learn new unfamiliar company systems
• Have analytical skills and be detail oriented while seeing and understanding the larger picture
• Flexible approach to work, able to manage own priorities, workload
• Experience in coordinating the control of documented information in a management system context.

_ Basic Qualifications_

• Professional college degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Flexible approach to work, able to manage own priorities, and workload
• Results orientated and tenacious
