We're looking for an international
HR Business Partner (M/F/d) who will help us transform the company to the next level.

As a member of our People & Organisation team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our future in a fast-paced and challenging global work environment.

Your tasks include:

Advisor and sparring partner to leaders on strategic issues related to employee recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, people strategy
Promoting continuous organizational and productivity improvements
Supporting projects in strategy, structure, process and team development in the area of responsibility
Participation in the (further) development of HR tools / processes / systems within the scope of HR projects as well as leading projects in the HR field

Job Qualification

:

Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR position or in HR organizational consulting in an international environment
Experience in strategic HR work and in advising executives
Ideally, you already have experience in project management and system implementations
Very good knowledge of German and English
