- Die Einführung und Optimierung eines globalen HCM-Systems
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Key Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen zusammen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Roll-out einer SharePoint Online basierten Intranet-Lösung und agieren alsSchnittstelle zwischen IT und Business
- Sie koordinieren die Harmonisierung und Optimierung von standortübergreifenden People-Prozessen undidentifizieren Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung und Steigerung der globalen HR-Datenqualität
- Darüber hinaus überwachen Sie die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere im BereichRisk, Compliance und Datenschutz
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. einbetriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit relevanter IT-Erfahrung
- Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der HR-Transformation mit und können fundierteKenntnisse im Umgang mit HR-Software, insbesondere HCM-Systemen, vorweisen
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im internationalen Umfeld und verfügen über ausgeprägteMethodenkompetenz
