We are looking for:

Headquartered in Berlin,
pv magazine is looking for a
Working Student (f/m/d) to support the
International Events team.

Your focus will be the support of our Webinars, but you will also help the Events team on other projects if necessary.

In this position, you will work with the Event Managers and report to the Head of Operations.


Your responsibilities:

As a Working Student in the International Events team, you will:

  • Support with the planning, execution, and evaluation of our pv magazine Webinars.
  • Support with the implementation of our media partnership agreements.
  • Support the events team in general, e.g., during live events.

This includes:

  • Prepare webpages, mailings, visuals, and other promotional materials.
  • Update our websites with event information.
  • Prepare overview lists of international events.
  • Maintain the webinar inbox.
  • Sort out mailing lists and general data cleaning.
  • Support in streamlining existing workflows.
  • Support in preparing logistics for our events.
  • Liaise with the Account Management team about media partnerships' deliverables.
  • Communicate with the Marketing, Sales, and Editorial teams.

Your profile:


  • You are a student enrolled in either your Bachelor or Master in Germany and have at least 1 year of studies left.
  • You are an organized and curious person with a handson mentality and attention to detail.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written).
  • You are fluent in English. Other languages (particularly German, Spanish, French) will be viewed favorably.
  • You can work in a team.
  • You are proficient with the MS Office suite.
  • You have an affinity for learning new technologies (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, BigMarker).
