Your tasks:

Drive the People agenda of Global Functions (Sales, Finance, People & Organization) by acting as strategic interface between People & Organization (P&O) community and Global Functions and aligning requests and business needs with Global People Excellence and regional P&O stakeholders.
First point of P&O Contact to Global Functions Leadership Team in all Global/Overarching P&O topics.
Supporting and executing of functionspecific P&O products and services so acting as strategic enabler and initiator with clear business focus.

Your tasks:

Develop and drive P&O strategy for Global Functions (Sales, Finance, P&O) in line with business objectives
Facilitate and drive the development and the implementation of strategic organizational planning to align strategic business initiatives with future needs around org design, workforce supply and readiness, employee engagement, leadership and skills
Ensuring global business understanding and acceptance of new/adjusted P&O concepts and initiatives by involving, informing and enabling relevant business stakeholders fostering a translation of global P&O concepts into Global Function specific context
Involving, informing and enabling relevant function and P&O stakeholders on global and regional level through open communication exchange

Requirements:

Your profile:

Several years documented and successful BP experience in comparable P&O function of complex international organization
Experience in transformation projects and change management
Business Acumen
Relevant Degree in Business Administration or similar
Relationship builder
Execution orientation
Assertiveness while showing right level of empathy
Customer and service quality orientation
Continuous improvement mindset
