The ROSA Clinical Specialist executes successful programs for the ROSA system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA on the clinical level.
The ROSA Clinical Specialist also plays a critical role in building the utilization of ROSA system.How You Create Impact:
- Subject matter expert for the ROSA robotic system as well procedure expert in multidisciplinary field in Orthopedic procedures.
- Provide initial clinical support and facilitate the onboarding of the hospital team for switch from conventional to robotic assisted procedures using ROSA system.
- Support ROSA robotics promotional and educational activities in Germany, including onsite support at educational congresses, the zbilab facility and other local and country cluster promotional and educational activities.
- Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, OR staff, sterilization and radiology on the ROSA robotic system.
- Together with Sales team, develops a hospital specific multidisciplinary plan to successfully complete onboarding episode, increase roboticassisted surgery procedures and develop followup sales opportunities.
- Onboarding the local Sales Rep to takeover the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, followup the account postimplementation day.
- Connects with both the ZB Edge and the local Sales team to drive excitement for roboticassisted surgery and achieving business goals.
- Supports advance technology upgrades
- Educate teams and further enhance ZB Edge Suite experience of integrated technologies
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Local language
- English
What Will Make You Successful:
- Minimum of 10 years of medical device experience
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience
- Prior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferred
- Ability to determine one's own schedule based on business needs
