This Postdoc position at the Institute of Computational Biology will be part of the newly founded cross-regional SFB TRR355 between Munich and Mainz studying "Heterogeneity and functional specialization of regulatory T cells in distinct microenvironments".

The postdoctoral researcher will have the opportunity to actively shape the analysis effort of the consortium by establishing and implementing
(i) standardized analysis workflows for single-cell sequencing data for established and novel protocols such as multiplexed single-cell paired multi-omics sequencing (scATAC, scRNA, scTCRseq), cell-cell interaction mapping, and special transcriptomics;
(ii) developing easy-to-use web interfaces to manage, analyze, and distribute the consortium's collected data;
(iii) develop novel algorithms to make use of the collected single-cell data including interpretable multi-omics data integration methods, perturbation prediction, and T-cell specificity prediction.

The postdoctoral researcher will have the opportunity to join the TRR's integrated research training program and benefit from its structured courses, mentoring and career development programs, as well as its networking opportunities in academia and industry.
