For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting - limited to two years - a
Marketing Assistant (M/F/d) focus on Price Activities
Your new job includes

As an employee of our international family business in the "Advertising & Promotion" department, you will work closely with the top suppliers in the travel retail industry. We plan activating price advantages and special placements for our retail locations, distribution customers and ecommerce. In particular you will support the planning, maintenance and negotiation of price activities and checkout placements and coordinate closely with suppliers, locations and internal interfaces (e.g. purchasing and sales).

- act as the first contact person in case of queries from suppliers and sites
- ensure that action planning in SAP is up to date
- take on administrative and organizational tasks, as well as prepare evaluations for the team as required, e.g. investment analyses
- after your training, support the Advertising & Promotion Manager in projects and deputize during absences.

What you should bring along
- successfully completed apprenticeship in business administration or a degree in business administration
- solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- very good written and spoken English
- enjoyment of day-to-day operations as well as working independently on small projects
- organizational talent, ability to work independently and enjoy working in an international environment as well as a strong service orientation and communication skills
