To build up our Talent Acquisiton team, based in Munich we are currently looking for a

Talent Acquisition Specialist (d/m/w).
What You Will Do

  • You focus on designing and executing the sourcing strategy to attract, evaluate and hire top talent for different areas across the organization
  • You utilize innovative sourcing techniques, competitive intelligence, research and talent mapping to develop diverse talent pools
  • You manage external agency partnerships/relationships when needed and coach hiring managers and provide advice and guidance in recruitmentrelated topics
  • You will be part and contribute to talent acquisitionrelated projects
What You Bring

  • A degree ideally with a focus in Human Resources or Business Administration or a similar education
  • Several years of professional experience of recruiting and sourcing in a recruitment agency, RPO or within a corporate recruitment team
  • Strong background in setting up sourcing strategies for niche profiles and bring in your expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
  • Strong partner and talent influencer to hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Good communicator and convince with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
