Your Job
Guiding force for meeting the global growth, profitability and return on asset objectives of a product line. Primary global responsibility for developing the strategic plan for his or her products, integrating the plan with global, regional and functional plans, obtaining necessary approvals for human and financial resources from management and achieving the agreed upon goals through the global, regional and functional organizations


What You Will Do

  • Technical key interface for selected key customer regular meetings/visits/phone calls
  • Collect "voice of the customer" and compile customer and market into the product Roadmap
  • Define Technology Roadmaps propose ATI projects & Advance Engineering Roadmap
  • Owner of the Product Platforms "Customer" of the Platform
  • Work with Product Manager on CIP
  • Keep customer relation to ensure information flow/key to win RFQ
  • RFI/RFC Owner technical
  • Alignment with Engineering/ System, HW and SW Architecture "not overpromise"
  • Maintain CPA technical focus
  • Maintain list of regional customer pain points

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Degree in a technical field, an advanced business degree is desired
  • Extensive experience in disciplines such as marketing, sales, manufacturing, engineering and finance
  • Demonstrated skills as a communicator, both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Work across functional lines to translate market trends and opportunities into supported business plans
  • Ability to strategically plan future product opportunities and demonstrate strong entrepreneurial skills in translating those plans into commercially successful and profitable product offerings
  • 30 to 40 % travel may be required in order to meet these business objectives
