Are you ready to be at the forefront of revolutionizing air mobility? As we embark on the exciting journey towards serial production of our ground-breaking Lilium jet, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Safety Engineer ideally with CMSE / CFASE qualification to join our world-class team.
As the Machine Safety and Standardization Engineer , you have a pivotal, hands-on role in ensuring the machines we make, buy, and use are safe and comply with relevant standards within our manufacturing operations. You will also work on standardization of machine safety to ensure consistency of process and documentation.
Your Day to Day:
Your Profile:
We are looking for a great communicator with a passion for safety and an eye for detail to join our team. Proven experience in machine safety covering a wide variety of equipment, particularly electrical, and a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is essential.
CMSE / CFASE accreditation desired.
Standardization experience is important; applying your in-depth knowledge of safety regulations for industrial machinery to create robust documentation and processes. You should have strong analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation and be adaptable to evolving safety standards and regulations.
Excellent English language skills are required and German language is preferred.
